Garmin has released the latest models for their diving computer series. The Mk2 series has seen both hardware and software changes. Garmin has also altered the series - the more expensive version now comes with additional features besides the inclusion of the titanium band.

Just tell me what's changed?
The big new feature is that the Mk2i model can now pair with a Descent T1 Transmitter for integrated pressure monitoring on up to 5 tanks via Garmin's SubWave sonar data network.
Similar to the previous iteration, the core software is based on a fenix 6, but the body has gone through more rigorous testing along with additional diving only features added.

The display screen size has increased from 30.4mm diameter to 35.56mm; the resolution has also increased from 240x240 (Mk1) to 280x280 (Mk2 and Mk2i). This increase has also caused the entire body to increase in size slightly up from 51x51 (Mk1) to 52x52mm (Mk2 and Mk2i).
The Mk2 series now also come with the Pulse Ox sensor to measure your blood oxygen saturation.

The only real differences between these models are the included titanium band for the Mk2i and the compatibility with the Descent T1 transmitter along with the Subwave functionality.
